Please come alone. Family and friends will not be allowed in treatment rooms.
NO MINORS, TODDLERS, INFANTS OR PETS ALLOWED IN THE STUDIO AT ANY TIME.

Please inform Kelley if you are requesting a Permanent Cosmetics procedure and you respond YES to any of the following. Signed addendums will be required.

*Oily or severely oily skin The hair strokes will appear more blended, solid or not retain at all.
*Frequent exercise (3-7 days per week)
Due to the frequent production of sweat (salt), the pigment WILL NOT retain. It will fade very quickly, appear blurred or change color.
*NO TAN 30 DAYS PRIOR & NO SUN 30 DAYS AFTER PROCEDURE
*Pregnant or nursing Must wait 6 months after delivery &/or 6 months after nursing - No Exceptions
*Previous Permanent Cosmetics/Microblading -CONSULTATION IS REQUIRED
*Any scars or previous head trauma in the brow area
*Heart conditions/Pace Maker/Defibrillator
*Certain medications may prohibit you from having the procedure done.
*Surgical forehead/brow lift
*Alopecia Hair strokes will appear more blurred or blended. Powder Brow is recommended.
*Trichotillomania Due to constant pulling, scar tissue is prominent and pigment will not heal properly.
*Shingles on face No Exceptions...Permanent Cosmetics will not be performed as the procedure could cause a flare up.
*Eczema, Psoriasis or Dermatitis
*Large pores on your forehead & in the brow area Hair stroke pigment will blur/blend in large pores looking powdered
*Hemophilia-bleeding disorder
*Menopause If you have hot flashes during the procedure, the pigment will not retain and Kelley will have to stop the procedure.
*Moles/raised areas in or around the brow area Pigment will not be put into anything raised.
*Piercing in the brow area Scars can cause the pigment to migrate or lay unevenly
*Deep wrinkles in the brow area Hair strokes will not lay properly in the creases, giving the brows an uneven look.
*Thyroid condition and taking medication for this condition Hypo, Hyper Thyroid, Graves Disease, Hashimoto's
*Fitzpatrick skin types 1 & 2 Red headed/white skin/light eyes, strawberry blondes and some blondes... Due to hypersensitivity the skin does not take or heal pigment well
*Accutane or any other prescribed acne medications within the last year. Dr's note required with date of last use
*Auto Immune Disorder of any kind (MS, RA, Lupus or the like) Due to the medicines used to treat these diseases, pigment will not retain
*MRSA can be very contagious
