Policies

Policies are agreed upon at point of purchase.

Cancellation Policy

A guest who does not arrive for an appointment and has not canceled or rescheduled at least 24 hours prior is considered a no-show and forfeits the minimum deposit. 

A *non-refundable rescheduling fee will apply.

Lash Fill Policy

1 hour lash fills are necessary every 2 weeks.  If a 1.5 hour or full set is required, please schedule accordingly.

DO NOT EXPECT A 1.5 HOUR FILL OR FULL SET FOR A 1 HOUR FILL PRICE

1.5 hour lash fills are necessary every 3 weeks.  If a full set is required, please schedule accordingly.

DO NOT EXPECT A FULL SET FOR A FILL PRICE

A full set is required every 4 weeks.

Lash Tip: If you can easily count the lash extensions, a full set is required.

Excellent aftercare is imperative for great retention. Clean lashes EVERY DAY with lash shampoo formulated for extensions.  Please make every effort to arrive with clean lashes.  This reduces time an artist has to spend removing eye makeup during your set appointment time and allows more time for lashing.  This means MORE LASHES FOR YOU!!!

Guest Policy

NO CHILDREN UNDER THE AGE OF 18 ARE ALLOWED IN THE STUDIO AT ANY TIME!  TN STATE LAW prohibits anyone under the age of 18 inside a tattoo establishment.  This is a lash AND cosmetic tattoo studio. Guests, including Lash Guests must make child care arrangements before arriving to appointments.

Due to the delicate nature of our services, as well as keeping a disinfected and sterile environment for machines and equipment, GUESTS MUST COME ALONE.

The presence of a family member or friend is a distraction, therefore not allowed.  It is advised to reconsider scheduling a service if you are not comfortable coming alone... wait until you are confident with YOUR decision!

If a client arrives with anyone, i.e. children, friends, family and/or pets, the client will be asked to leave and reschedule the appointment forfeiting the minimum deposit for the appointment.  This may mean having to wait several weeks before another appointment  is available.

A *non-refundable rescheduling fee will apply.

Late Policy

In an effort to be fair and considerate to all guests, appointments do not exceed a scheduled time. [Example: a 1 hour appointment scheduled at 9:00 will end at 10:00.]  A guest who arrives late will receive services only for the remaining time of that scheduled appointment but will be charged the full service amount.

Refund Policy

Every effort is made to satisfy guests by highly trained professionals.  Because of the nature of the services there are no refunds after any service is provided.

Sick Policy

The Artists at MAVEN LASH & BROW have always followed the proper protocol to clean, disinfect and sanitize all equipment between each appointment ensuring the safety and health of guests.  Guests are asked to show the same consideration by rescheduling if sick or have been caring for sick loved ones with a contagious illness. 

Non-refundable minimum deposit and non-refundable rescheduling fee policies will not apply if the appointment is rescheduled that day. 

The Artists at MAVEN LASH & BROW reserve the right to refuse service to any guest who arrives coughing, sneezing or running fever.  A *non-refundable rescheduling fee will apply.   If a guest begins coughing, sneezing, having shortness of breath or running fever during an appointment, the service will be stopped immediately and the guest will be asked to reschedule.
